Our portal service
A large amount of data relative to each case is logged and constantly updated - from the date we receive the instructions, the loss reserves, the case activities as they progress day by day and even the date the Acceptance Form is issued for signature.

Particular emphasis has been placed on showing fee expenditure. As daily case activity is logged this automatically updates the case fee, expenses and disbursements and compares this to the case budget.

Subject to confidentiality requirements, instructing clients may consult all or part of this data, or if preferred receive this in report or summary format. If required we are able to design a specific portal page or report format according to each clients requirements. Clients may also authorise what data is consulted by others. In certain cases where there are confidentiality constraints, we reserve the right to provide access only to the instructing client.

Various levels of access have been created according to who may enter and use this system and what they may see - from Insurers, Insurance captives, Self Insured Schemes, Insurance Brokers, Group Risk managers and so forth.
